If you want to purchase a plot in a housing scheme, make sure first that that scheme is registered from authorities and have legal documentation for plot.
Also make verifications from the authorities and examine Revenue Record regarding the land acquired and payments history in past for development of scheme.
Inquire from the housing scheme’s management whether they would simply allot you a file or give you custody of plot or property.
